How fast do I really get paid?

Same day as delivery. If you deliver before 12:00 PM EST and submit your paperwork, we verify and pay you the same business day. Loads delivered after noon or on weekends are paid the next business day. We pay via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, ACH, or wire.

What is the revenue split?

You receive 82% of the gross load revenue, we take 18%. This is a true 82% with no hidden fees or surprise deductions. Our 18% covers dispatch, compliance, billing, and getting you paid fast.

Do you require an escrow account?

No escrow required. While other carriers hold $2,500-$5,000 of your money, we only require refundable equipment deposits: $500 for ELD (collected over 10 weeks at $50/week). These are fully refundable when equipment is returned.

Are there any fees for Same day pay?

Never. Same day pay is included at no extra charge. You get your full 82% with no fees for fast payment.

What equipment do you accept?

Semi-Trucks (2000 or newer): All trailer types accepted — dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, RGN/lowboys, and Conestogas. We work with any configuration you have.

What are the driver requirements?

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Pass drug test (initial and random)
• Current DOT physical
• Minimum 25 years old

How quickly can I start?

3 business days for most applicants. Day 1: Submit application and documents. Day 2: Background checks and verification. Day 3: Orientation and first load dispatch.

Can I choose my routes?

Yes, absolutely. No forced dispatch. You choose where you run (regional or OTR), when you run, and when you take home time. This is your business - we just provide the framework.

Do I dispatch myself, or do you find my loads?

You get a dedicated dispatcher who handles a maximum of 7 trucks — not a load-board app and not a call center. They find quality freight, negotiate your rates, and learn the lanes you like to run. There's no forced dispatch: your dispatcher lines up your next load, but you always approve it. You get the support of a real teammate with the freedom to run your own business.

Can I run loads I find myself?

Yes. If you find a load yourself or have your own customer, just tell your dispatcher. We'll run the broker's or customer's credit and book it for you under ARI's authority — as long as their credit is approved. You're never limited to only the loads we bring you.

Do you provide trailers?

Trailers are available through our network of trusted partners — including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, RGN/lowboys, and Conestogas.

Bring Your Own Trailer: You're always welcome to run with your own equipment for greater flexibility and higher control over your business.

Do you provide a fuel card?

Yes. Every driver gets a fuel card with discounts of up to $0.45/gallon at major truck stops nationwide. Once you're under a load, you can pull a fuel advance of up to 40% of your load pay — just send proof of pickup and we'll load it right to your card so you can keep rolling. The card is fuel-only.

Do you have a plate program?

Yes. We offer apportioned IRP plates valid in all 48 states for $70/week. The plates are registered to ARI, so it works much like a plate rental — you don't own them. We encourage owner-operators to maintain their own apportioned plates when possible, since plates registered to you stay with you and your business no matter where you run.

Do you handle IFTA?

Yes — and there's no service charge for this. If you run on our plate program, IFTA is our obligation: we file the quarterly returns and pay the fuel taxes. IFTA is calculated at actual per-load rates and deducted as you go, so you only ever pay what's truly owed — no markup, nothing to track. If you have your own plates and IFTA license, we'll provide you with a quarterly mileage report so you can file on your own.

Are you a broker or carrier?

We're a carrier. You run under our DOT and MC numbers. We handle compliance, insurance, and all the paperwork while you focus on driving and earning.

Do you accept teams?

Yes! Teams are welcome. Both drivers must be approved individually. Keep your truck rolling 24/7 for maximum revenue potential.
